Step 2: A free site visit and precise measuring

We bring colour samples for you to hold up against your own façade (because a colour on a screen and a colour in the sun are not the same thing), we show you the options, and we explain what works best for your particular case. This is where the biggest part of the job happens — and it happens far from your yard. The fence or gate is made in our workshop in Kragujevac, to your exact measurements. It’s cut, assembled, prepared and powder-coated in the colour you’ve chosen (or anodised for a metallic sheen). Nothing is improvised on site, because that always shows in the end through crooked lines and poor joints.

Made-to-measure work is the reason our fences “sit” perfectly. A mass-produced fence trimmed on site almost never stands as it should; a fence made for your exact dimensions stands as if it were poured in place. In the workshop we have the conditions, the tools and the quality control that simply don’t exist out on site, so the bulk of the work is settled there — while your yard is still calm and untouched.

This is also the part that spares your nerves: no weeks of mess, dust and banging. Once the fence is finished and checked, we book the installation.

Step 5: Installation, checks and warranty

On installation day our crew arrives fully prepared. If there’s an old fence, we take it down and haul it away. We anchor the posts where we measured, fit the fence and carefully level everything — because a proper fence has to be both straight and solid, with no wobble. For gates with a motor we connect and commission the automation and check the safety features.

Once everything is in place, we don’t leave until we’ve checked the result: that the fence stands upright, the joints are neat, there are no sharp edges, and the gate opens smoothly. We clean up after ourselves — your yard is left tidy. We hand over everything you need (for gates, the remotes and the manual) and explain how to sort out any little things should they ever come up.
